October 28, 2025 - National First Responders Day

First Responders are ordinary people doing extraordinary things. They are the backbone of our communities. Dedicated, committed, selfless men and women who risk their lives day in and day out for the greater good, springing into action when a crisis arises. It is easy to take this first line of defense for granted, forgetting the dangers and potential harm faced with every siren, dispatch, and phone call. Versatility, adaptability, and calmness when met with disaster are critical characteristics of those who work on the front line.

In efforts to show our gratitude and appreciation, Lawrence Air Systems is pleased to provide our annual service to a first responder in our own community. While a system may be performing adequately, there are always opportunities for enhancements and upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency in a home. We are beyond excited to dedicate these services for another year to an individual who has pledged their life to serve and show up for others, without a second thought.

We are asking our friends in the community to nominate a first responder for our 5th Annual First Responder Gratitude Gift recipient. Let us know who should be recognized for their devotion to others as a first responder in our community, and tell us their story. What makes them stand out among the rest? What have they done for your family or department?

GUIDELINES FOR NOMINEES:

• Must be a first responder in our service range
• Must live in our service range
• First responders may nominate each other
• Previous nominees who did not receive the gift can be nominated again
